To design your website preview, to contact you about it, to finish and host your site if you go ahead, to send receipts, and to look after your site and Google profile. We contact businesses only about their own business and only at the number or address they have published for it.
Reply STOP to any text message, or email hello@fairlight.studio, and we will not contact you again. We keep a record of your number only so that we never message it again. If you don't take up a preview, we take it down.
Only the services that run our business: our text message provider (ClickSend), our payment provider (Stripe), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information is stored with the providers above using industry standard security. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@fairlight.studio. We will respond within 30 days.
